Narayana Education Group Hosts First-Ever “Vijay Parv” Annual Felicitation Ceremony for Teachers in Delhi NCR

Delhi NCR | June 18, 2025 — The Narayana Education Group proudly hosted its first-ever *Annual Felicitation Program – Vijay Parv” to honour the dedication and achievements of its educators across the Delhi NCR region. The prestigious event celebrated the unwavering commitment and academic excellence of teachers during the 2024–25 academic year.
The event was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Ms. Sharini Ponguru, Director of Narayana Group, whose inspiring presence added great value to the celebration. In her keynote address, Ms. Ponguru lauded the relentless efforts of educators who continuously drive academic success and holistic development among students.
A wide range of appreciation awards were conferred on teachers who delivered outstanding results in various academic domains. These included:
- Cent percent CBSE Board Results in Class 10 across key subjects
- Achievements in CDF, MPC, and BES streams
- High adoption call rates and top-scoring students (above 490/500) in Class 10
- Rolling trophies for exceptional performance in Class 12 board examinations
In addition, a special category of awards was dedicated to honouring teachers and admin members who have completed more than 5 years of service with the Narayana Group, recognising their loyalty, commitment, and impact.
Branches across Delhi NCR were also felicitated with trophies, certificates, and cash prizes for their collective academic accomplishments and operational excellence.
A unique highlight of the event was an engaging fireside chat centred around the recently published book “Mindset Shift” authored by Director Sharini Ponguru. The session offered valuable insights into leadership, growth mindset, and educational transformation, drawing enthusiastic participation from educators and academic leaders.
