Karma Ayurveda gives patients with chronic illnesses a new lease of life

Reporter Madhu Khatri

Gurugram, — In the face of an escalating number of chronic illnesses, Karma Ayurveda, a leading Ayurvedic hospital, continues to make significant strides in transforming the lives of patients with chronic conditions. Recent success stories highlight the remarkable impact of Ayurvedic interventions in restoring health and vitality to people who had previously lost hope.

In one compelling case, a patient (aged 65) grappling with rheumatoid arthritis, previously unable to walk without support due to excruciating pain in both legs, found renewed hope at Karma Ayurveda. Having taken heavy doses of steroids prescribed by an allopathic doctor that adversely affected blood sugar and blood pressure levels, personalized treatment at Karma Ayurveda for just 7 days resulted in the patient regaining the ability to walk without assistance.

Similarly, another patient (aged 42) faced a daunting diagnosis of reduced kidney function, with both kidneys damaged by 50-60% and a creatinine level of 2.10. The allopathic doctors prescribed him a lifetime of dialysis, a financially unfeasible option for him. Turning to Karma Ayurveda, the patient underwent transformative treatment, leading to a significant drop in creatinine levels to 1.30, very close to the normal range and allowing him to lead a healthy life without the need for dialysis.

The positive impact of Karma Ayurveda extends to pediatric patients as well, as evidenced by the case of a 6-year-old child suffering from nephrotic syndrome. Nephrotic syndrome is a kidney disorder in which a large part of the protein of the body is lost through urine. The young patient experienced severe swelling throughout the body, including the face, and was unable to open his eyes. After six months of dedicated treatment at Karma Ayurveda, coupled with a prescribed diet plan, the child is now enjoying a healthy and active life.

Dr. Puneet, Founder-Director of Karma Ayurveda, expressed both joy and concern, stating, “We receive innumerable patients whom allopathic doctors have told that they will have to take lifelong medication. With the type of treatment we provide at Karma Ayurveda, we have seen people regain their health. While it is great to witness people improving their quality of life with Ayurveda, it is equally disheartening to see that people seek Ayurvedic interventions only after they lose hope in other options.”

Karma Ayurveda continues to be at the forefront of providing personalized, effective, and holistic healthcare solutions, bringing a ray of hope to those battling chronic illnesses. The hospital remains committed to advancing the principles of Ayurveda and making a positive impact in the lives of people seeking alternatives to conventional medical approaches.
