India announce squad for Australia T20I series; Super King Ruturaj named vice-captain
India have announced their squad for the five-match T20I series against Australia today (November 20). The series will commence on November 23 at Visakhapatnam.
Suryakumar Yadav will lead the Indian team while Super King Ruturaj Gaikwad has been named as the vice-captain for the first three matches.
Shreyas Iyer will join the squad as the vice-captain for the last two T20I series.
Super King Shivam Dube has also been named in the squad. Jitesh Sharma will don the wicket-keeping gloves.
Youngsters Yashasvi Jaiswal, Tilak Varma, Rinku Singh, and Ravi Bishnoi have also been named in the T20I squad.
